The Universal Innovative Service-Brand “Tsikhela”

An image catalyst for business companies — a personal intelligent business advisor, the “Smart Generator”

Summary-Purpose

According to the universal innovative service brand "Tsikhela", in accordance with the required "image" of the work of any large "business company", a full capability for analytically effective logistic centralized situational management will be planned and created, based on a model-instrumental tool-system built according to the personal intelligent business advisor "smart generator", in the conditions of a comprehensive multifactorial and multidimensional data field of the "fuzzy environment" (where, in "time and space", the established state of centralized situational management of the "fuzzy environment" current in "time and space" goes beyond and exceeds the mental capabilities of a person ("knowledge engineer")).

At the same time, it will be possible to prevent or reverse potential losses and take them into account in advance. In this context, the proposed innovative methodological, technological, scientific-practical approach-doctrine will contribute to planning and enhancing the "image" of the work of the "business company" and increasing its competitiveness.

It is intended for the company's executive administrative workers, planning- economic departments, and specialist managers of the company's technological centralized situational management "knowledge engineer".

Image-Doctrine

Business Company Image Doctrine Based on an Intelligent Planning and Forecasting System The Business Company Image Doctrine is based on the development of an effective planning, forecasting, and centralized situational management strategy. This approach is particularly effective during periods of crisis and is designed to operate under the conditions of an uncertain ("fuzzy") environment evolving in time and space. It relies on a comprehensive multi-factor analytical framework that enables rapid responses to emerging challenges. This capability is provided through the innovative service brand "Tskhela", which has developed a web-based platform incorporating a personalized intelligent business advisory system known as the Smart Generator. The Smart Generator serves as a planning and forecasting tool based on a model-oriented analytical framework. It functions as a catalyst for designing, forming, and maintaining the company's desired corporate image. The proposed Image Doctrine is founded on descriptive (non-classical) mathematical modeling of the initial data factors (d = 1, 2, ..., n), combined with qualitative assessment based on Harrington's dimensionless desirability scale and an approximated logistic curve. For demonstration purposes, a hypothetical business company employing centralized situational management is considered. The company operates within a comprehensive nine-factor fuzzy environment evolving in time and space. The initial data matrix-vector includes economic and technological indicators, regardless of their measurement units (see Table 1). It incorporates two benchmark operating conditions recorded over a one-year period: a "poor" corporate image corresponding to d = 0.2, and a "good" corporate image corresponding to d = 0.8. Table 1 presents the characteristic matrix-vector of the observed factors used for evaluating the company's image. It also illustrates two benchmark states (D1 and D2) describing poor and good corporate image performance through the Smart Generator's descriptive model. The evaluation is performed using Harrington's dimensionless desirability scale integrated with a logistic approximation curve. The operating principle of the Smart Generator, functioning as an Image Catalyst for centralized decision support, has been officially registered as a trademark in the form of a logical-graphical scheme (displayed on the website homepage). Table 1 further contains a hypothetical matrix-vector of economic indicators together with the integrated image values generated by the Smart Generator under fuzzy environmental conditions. According to Columns 5 and 6 of Table 1, the hypothetical example yields the following results: Image-2: D1 = 0.8415 Image-3: D2 = 0.7725 According to Harrington's desirability scale, both values belong to the "Good" integrated image category corresponding to the interval: D = 0.6–0.8 Within this framework, the proposed doctrine contributes to the improvement and maintenance of the company's corporate image through centralized planning and forecasting supported by the personalized intelligent business advisor—the Smart Generator Image Catalyst. Consequently, it enhances the company's overall competitiveness within a dynamic nine-factor fuzzy environment. Accordingly, knowledge engineers and managers responsible for centralized situational management—whether in planning, economic, or technological domains—can utilize the proposed Smart Generator to ensure that business decisions consistently support a favorable integrated corporate image. The model-oriented decision-support system becomes particularly valuable whenever human cognitive capabilities are insufficient to fully analyze complex multi-factor fuzzy environments evolving over time and space. As a result, the probability of unforeseen economic losses caused by inadequate planning can be substantially reduced. The following sections present a demonstrative case study based on Tables 1 and 2. The analysis considers economic data generated within a centralized situational management process operating under a nine-factor fuzzy environment. The assessment was performed using the Smart Generator's planning and forecasting methodology based on the Image Catalyst principle. The analysis demonstrates that the proposed web-based intelligent decision-support system provides an adequate level of confidence for practical implementation in Georgia and international markets. It can serve as a strategic planning and forecasting instrument for improving the corporate image and competitive performance of large business organizations under both current and future operating conditions. In this context, the proposed methodology establishes an innovative management doctrine for knowledge engineers operating within dynamically changing multi-factor fuzzy environments. It provides a systematic framework for strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making under uncertainty.

Concept

“Tsikhela” is a universal innovative service brand that empowers businesses to design and realize their desired corporate image in today’s complex and ever-changing market environment. Through centralized situational management — including assessment, monitoring, and control — and powered by the personal intelligent business advisor, the “Smart Generator,” Tsikhela transforms uncertainty into strategic advantage by delivering model-based, intelligent decision-support solutions

Slogan

Planning and forecasting a business company’s purposeful corporate “image” depends on the behavior of centralized management under situational conditions within a comprehensive, multi-factor “fuzzy environment” of an ongoing complex non-ergodic process. This challenge can be successfully addressed only through the model-instrumental capabilities of the personal intelligent business advisor, the “Smart Generator.” — Emeritus Professor Zaur Tsikhelashvili

Methodology

The methodology recommends that centralized business management apply the principle of “mirror-like reflection” of comprehensive states within the situational and prospective expectations of a “fuzzy environment,” using descriptive modeling based on Harrington’s dimensionless scale with qualitative-criteria assessments through a double exponential relationship, approximated by a universal logistic curve.

Effect

The effectiveness of a business company’s operations is achieved through the application of the universal innovative brand concept “Tsikhela.” The planning and forecasting of a company’s purposeful corporate “image” depends on the behavior of centralized management under situational conditions within a changing multi-factor field of a comprehensive “fuzzy environment” in an ongoing complex non-ergodic process.

This can be realized only through the model-instrumental capabilities of the personal intelligent business advisor, the “Smart Generator.” Within this context, the company’s “knowledge engineers” synchronize the ergodicity of the centralized situational management process based on profitable logistic–rhythmic decision-making, while simultaneously minimizing non-productive operational losses.

Promo

We invite interested business companies to enter into a contract, granting them the opportunity to plan and implement their desired corporate “image” in a logistic–rhythmic manner under the changing conditions of a comprehensive multi-factor “fuzzy environment,” taking into account the synchronization of the ongoing complex non-ergodic process of centralized situational management — based on the instrumental foundation of the personal intelligent business advisor, the “Smart Generator.”

Accordingly, the fulfillment of the purpose of the universal innovative project service brand “Tsikhela” will be guaranteed — Like  the “two thumbs up” gesture of U.S. President Donald Trump.
